Discussion: Update with Tina via email
-Tina states we are okay on finances due to new collection of dues
-discuss at next meeting dues for 2012

Agenda item: Enforcement of bylaws Presenter: Jaime Tippett Poe
Discussion: Start in 2012
-present at 2012 annual meeting and allow for any suggestions and a vote.
-violation will be put into effect after annual meeting.
-lien put on home can be contested and so is not reasonable if other options can be utilized.
-send notice of violation through certified letter for documentation purposes.

Discussion:
-Danielle will rewrite the bylaws with proposed changes and email to all board members
-have ready to present at 2012 annual meeting.
Conclusions: Will be approved by board in time for meeting
